I cancelled future shipments before my 14 days trial, got email stating cancellation went through, then they debited my bank for $84.90 on 5/27/08

I ordered AM PM diet system for the 15 day trial period. It wasn't suppressing my appetite like it was supposed to. I contacted them and told them this and told them to cancel any future shipments.

I then got an email from them stating that my cancellation went through. Then, on 5/27/08, they debited my bank account for $84.90 anyway. That caused me to get an overdraft.

I then called the number that was on the bottle and bank statement and the representative told me to go to ampmdiet.net if I wanted to get my refund. He said that if I refused the shipment, I would not get my refund. I want my refund (including the cost of shipping.)
