I ordered a free trial of Acai Elite for 5.95 shipping. I did receive the product but was ignored by the company when I tried to cancel my order with in the trial period. I finally tracked down a phone number for Vital Health Star (the company my bank had who took the shipping charges out) and called. I spoke to customer service and cancelled my order as well as requested return information for the trial bottle. I was told I would receive the return instructions as well as my cancellation confirmation within 24-48 hours.instead I received this information 5 days later AFTER they billed my account 79.95, stating that I had not cancelled within the 15 days. I placed the order on 4/10 and spoke with customer service on 4/22. I had also sent them about 9 e-mails from 4/10-4/24 requesting cancellation. This is a huge scam, these people ignore you til they charge you and then try to make it look like you didn't cancel in time. I just mailed back the bottle and am awaiting a refund... Wonder how long that will take. I am going to dispute the charge through my bank.
