I purchased a buy 10 get 10 free pass on 3/6/08 from Monica. Apparently Monica did not "follow the proper procedure" and when it was time for me to redeem the 10 free, this company would not honor them. Monica messed up the purchase - which is obviously a training issue not a customer issue. When I spoke to the owner about this he said that I would have to make another purchase to receive the 10 free. This is like someone going to the grocery store, buying a dozen donuts, getting home and realizing that you only have 6 of them, going back to the store and the owner telling you that you would have to purchase 6 more to get the 6 you didn't receive when you bought the donuts.
This is a completely dishonest business practice and if JJ can't train his employees to follow procedure, perhaps he shouldn't be in business. He since fired this employee since she obvously wasn't trained properly but is taking out his frustration on his customers. Obviously, customer service was not in his training manual either. Buyer beware of Tahiti Tan!!!
