I purchased a buy 10 get 10 free but would not honor it unless I bought 10 more
I purchased a buy 10 get 10 free pass on 3/6/08 from Monica. Apparently Monica did not "follow the proper procedure" and when it was time for me to redeem the 10 free, this company would not honor them. Monica messed up the purchase - which is obviously a training issue not a customer ...
