Dunkin Donuts can help by training its employees in pleasant, efficient customer service. They can also have some sort of managerial presence that represents years of experience and not someone who is 17 years old. How hard can it be to train people to take orders for donuts and coffee at a brisk clip? Today at 57th St. And 1st Ave.in NYC there were 3-4 people behind a small counter. I was the only customer. It took them 5 mintues to get me coffee and two kinds of donut (more than one kind throws them off) - and then they got the order completely wrong. This is consistently my experience in this store. As Horton's enters NYC I predict that Dunkin Donuts will fail. Their customer service cannot compete.
