Continue to charge my acsount after free trial membership cancelled

I ordered a trail of Wu-Yi tea and cancelled well before the trial was up. The company under a different name continues to charge my account on a monthly basis. When I attempt to contact them by phone I get a recording and have been unable to speak with anyone. I have been unable to contact the company on line.
