Following a pop up add, I ordered this tea what I thought was on a 14 day trial basis for 4.95 (the add appeared to indicate no charges would be made until after receipt and a 14 day trial basis). I immediately realized I made a mistake and sent it back. When returning I received receipt confirmation and the product was returned within the 14 day time period. They still charged me 37.00. After a number of calls they agreed to refund my account in 2 weeks minus a restocking fee! Then to add insult to the situation another charge appeared in my checking account for "Living Lean". I never received such a product. Upon calling Wu-Yi I was referred to another number who indicated it was a non-refundable charge I had to pay in order to receive the tea. They indicated Living lean was information I should have obtained in an e-mail. They also stated it was a 30 day free trial and on day 31 a charge would occur if not cancelled. It is very hard to cancel something you never knew you ordered. After arguing for some length of time they did agree to reimburse the charge (which I hope will be honored). Stay away from this company, they are extremely deceptive in their business practices.
