I ordered this tea after seeing all the advertisements on the television and news shows. I finally received the shipment after 10 days instead of 4-7 and was charged exactly 1 week after receiving it 37.00 which I wasnt suppose to charged until 2 weeks after receiving. Due to this and the fact that I dont believe the tea helped in any weight loss just a softer stool basically (sorry) I decided to call and cancel due to the fact that I just viewed this as some type of laxative and the fact that they had charged me so quickly. I called their number and was prompted to email my cancellation which I did.
I received a reply from James stating he was sorry for the charge being taken so quickly that due to TECHNICAL PROBLEMS this had happened but my order had been cancelled. Thankfully I check my accounts often because 3 days later I noticed a pending charge on my account for 19.95 from IW/Living Lea I called my bank and told them I didnt know what this was and wanted it removed I was informed it was a business in Las Vegas and something I purchased over the internet.
I called WuYi tea to find out that it is a business they deal with and once you become a member you automatically become in touch with them and after 30 days you begin getting billed monthly 19.95 they gave me the number 866-396-5711 to contact Living Lean to cancel my account with them as well. I contacted them and was told they would refund me in 3-5 days and they removed my information.
I am very upset with this scam and I have cancelled my bank card and ordered a new one because my account has been scammed before but fortunatly my bank red flagged it and I wasnt charged thousands. Dont do business with wuyi tea
