I ordered the product, Free trial. $6.95. Prior to the trial offer expiring 14 days later my account was charged with a $37.00 for that trial box. 21 days later a 54.95 charge for 2 boxes of tea and $19.95 charge to Living Lean for membership.
I proceeded to contact company through Live Chat. At that time I was told I didn't cancel the Living Lean Membership within the first 30 days, so I was charged. On Feb. 1 I did another live chat, explaining I was moving and did not want any more tea product or charges for product on my bank account. I was assured it was cancelled, and no more charges to my account.
Today, a debit to my account was made again. I called the company and listened to all options. I could not speak to a Live Rep. For the company. I had to close my bank account today to ensure no future charges on my account.
