I worked for a company out of Omaha, NE, and last year they lost their health insurance company and we tried to locate another health ins co to get health ins.
I was given a number that other drivers had used, and the broker charged $125.00 to get everthing started so I called 1-800-919-5514, also 619-589-2690, and spoke to angela. She informed me of what had to be done and my checking account would be drafted for $364. Oo the 1st time and and $239.00 from then on.
On Dec 10 my checking acct was drafted for $364.00, insurance for jan1.
When Jan came around I had nothing to show my doctors or any information on ins.
I called everone I could think of including the broker and kelp getting the run around and some other phone number.
I told them not to take any more money from my account till I had paperwork.
On Jan 11 my acct was drafted again for $364.00. I contacted the bank and was given the number to PBC ins 856-374-1599, which I called all the same places again.
I called my bank to see what could be done and was told, I would have to close my acct and open a new one to prevent them from drafting my acct.
The bank was suppose to close my acct before the next draft came out.
Allthough the bank closed my acct PBC had drafted my acct again for $239.00, but the bank retrived this back and returned it to my new acct.
I reported it to BBB, in NJ and have been informed the case is closed unresolved. As of now I still have received nothing from PBC and Have been ripped off for $728.00. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
