I ordered a "free trial" of WuYi Tea, then discovered after ordering the product that it was not actually a free trial at all. They informed me they would charge my card 14 days after receipt of the tea a full month's supply, which is what they shipped. I have a paper trail of the LIVE CHATS to them after realizing their false advertising.
I decided to go ahead and have the tea shipped, but after a few weeks had passed, and my order had not arrived, I got on another LIVE CHAT with them to track my missing order. They sent me a rushed supply, which I did receive. Within 2 weeks my credit card was not only charged the $37 for the tea, but another charge for $19.95 from an unknown company, Living Lean, appeared. I called my bank who could not give me any more information than the phone number listed on the debit transaction 1-866-396-5711. When you call this number, they do not even state the company's name on the recorded message.
I DID NOT GIVE PERMISSION TO WU-YI TEA TO SHARE MY DEBIT NUMBERS WITH ANYONE! I DID NOT purchase anything but the tea from one site, one company.
When googling for the Living Lean company and the phone number listed on my debit transaction I came across other consumer reports with identical scamming scenarios as mine.
I will be seeking 100% reimbursement and challenging the charges with my bank.
