I'm on the workers compensation state since my damage in July 07. MRI and physical treatment was required in August. Continued Temporary Total Impairment in March. MRI and Rehabilitation were authorized in March, 2 weeks after demand. First TTD check was month overdue, minute check wasn't delivered given that they "didn't recognized" I had been obtaining TTD inspections despite they previously sent me one. Surgery for L4-L5 Microdiscectomy required by Doctor in November 07. Physician modifications name of exercise in January 08, no further included in AIG, nonetheless they did agree the surgery for him, but wont protect the price. Fresh physician designated in February 08. Feb 21st check positioned on store for 11 times because of AIG moving bad checks on that consideration. New Physician visit ended in March 08 because of AIG not delivering pre payment, they'd per month to deliver it out. March 7th check not sent, no the reason why. No new check has yet to get been released. Awaiting reply from their lawyer regarding endure. Check has become 10 days late.
