Never respond to a fax! Warning-Peak is a scam! I was given a fax about heath benefits & called the number. It sounded too good to be true. I got on the website the rep had told me (Lyna Shaw).. And it looked legitimate.
They withdrew the funds from my account on December 20th...

NEVER got cards, info, anything! I emailed the rep on Jan 2 - she replied that due to the holiday they were behind & we would have them by friday Jan 4.
Here we are. No cards, no info. I left a message on Jan14th for the rep. I also tried every other option - sales, customer support, etc. Not a real person there to speak with.

I left them 3 more messages today. Better watch that bank account that they don't withdrawl for another month of "non insurance"!

I have purchased insurance online before... I was emailed the policy in 24 hours. When it's too good to be true - IT IS!

Now, I am really sick!
