Offered medical insurance but never received any information I was covered

Signed up with Alliance Associate Health in November. I paid the $125.00 enrollment fee and first month premium which totalled $321.00. I never received cards or information I had medical coverage. So in December, I cancelled the insurance as I made other arrangement for insurance and they were suppose to refund my $321.00.

In the meantime, they gave my bank information to other companies for critical illness, etc and all of a sudden funds were be withdrawn from my account from numerous other companies. Had to pay a lot of stop payments before that was finally resolved. Needless to say, the company is out of business and I am out $321.00.

When I called the number to speak with a representative who I contacted to get the cancellation information (which in December they were still answering phones), the number now say "You have reached the administration line of the former National Alliance of Association Insurance. This office is now closed. Leave a message and your called will be returned in 24 hours."
This was in February when I got this recording, needless to say it has been a very long 24 hours.
