Dentemax Discount Dental Plan was led to believe I was buying a dental insurance plan until I paid the premium and they took the money from my account. When I printed my ID cards, the cards said, this is not insurance but a disc

I look for dental insurance plan on the internet and DentalPlans.com looked good until I purchased the policy which turned out to not be insurance at all but was clearly stated on the ID card that I printed after I paid the annual premium, the this was not insurance but a discount plan. I asked for an immediate refund and cancellation of their plan and did not receive a response. It only took them seconds to take the money from my account but it has been hours and still not response. Please help me knock out theives such as this.
