I was looking for health insurance. This would have been for short term only, until I am old enough for medicare. NAPE's marketing agent contacted me. The price was right and the benefits were right. I had to pay an applicatio fee and the first month's premium a total of $344.95. This was taken out immediately from my credit card. I was promised materials and membership cards within 2 weeks, so that I could decide if I wanted it or not.
To date, no materials and no membership cards. I have talked to a person twice, but they have done nothing, just made further promises about the material. There are no people on their phone lines. You can only leave messages. I have left message after message, but no one calls me back. Now, I am trying real hard to get my money back.
