I purchased a product called 2-Day Slim Down from this company, Momentum Direct. I expected the product to not live up to what it claimed but I gigured I would give it a try. When the product arrived, I was informed that I would be charged 49.95 if it was not returned within 14 days. I did not use the product because it basically says in order for it to work that you must not consume any food for the 2 days while the product is being used. I did not get around to returning the product in time, but was willing to accept the finacial responsibilty of the $49.95.
Today (12/27) I received my bank statement and was outraged to find that on top of the $49.95 charge take from my account on 11/29, I was also charged two seperate times in the amount of $58.93 on 12/06 and 12/13.
