I received an email for a weight loss product and was led to believe that the FREE TRIAL in big letters they offered meant just that FREE TRIAL. I was told my card would only be charged $4.95 for shipping and I would get the product. I still have not received the product. My card was charged $149.95, and I was not clearly informed that this was part of the charges. It was not in plain site or clear to me. I would have never agreed to this FREE TRIAL had I known that there would be a fee that steep. I called the company to dispute this and was told that if I disputed the charge through my bank they would charge me additional fees and penalties.
