I have purchased a a free 5 day trial from them and i did not like it, i didn't know they would be taking more money out my account but they said it was in term and coditions which i don't remember being there when i purchased it. I called them to let them know that i didn't want any more of there supply and i wanted to get my money back well i was not pretty but they were not polite at all they don't even seem like a real company i asked them to fax me or e-mail me something with proof that i purchased this, but they refused to send anything, well we did argue for a while i called them 4 diffrent times so i can speek to their manager but every time i would call they would tell me they are the manager, i asked to speek to owner and there was no way in hell that i could get them to let me talk to some one alse besides there own little group. I have filed a complaint and i know my bank will do what ever possible to get my money back but i wish there was more we can do to put a stop quickly.
