I have been living in pain for over 8 years since i fell off a telephone pole on the job. I have had a major back surgery, and live every waking minute of my life on pain medication. When I saw an add on T.V. Advertising the Q-Ray braclet I thought maybe this can work for me and take away some of my pain. I bought the gold deluxe modle for $169.00. After wearing the braclet for several weeks i had no relief from pain what so ever. But the worst part is, when the gold ball on the end of the braclet fell off and left the jagged end exposed and penetrating my skin I contacted Q-Ray and spoke with both Crystal and Roger and was told by both that they would not replace the jewlery and that i would have to buy a new one. I asked to speek to a supervisor. Both Roger and Crystal refused to let me speek to one and when i asked to speek to the owner was accually told by Crystal that It is a privetly owned company and the owner does not speek with people such as myself, that he was to busy for "people like me". Ok, so it never helped my pain. I can live with that. To be honest I dont think that deep down i ever really expected it to. So now i am stuck with what was a pretty nice looking piece of jewlery that was a conversation piece until it fell apart. I am out $169.00 and advise strongly do not do business with this rip off company Q-Ray EVER!!!
