I ordered their product on the 5th or 6th of feb. They told me that it was the 5th, I think it was the 6th. They told me that the dosage was 3 when I ordered and that even though it was a free sample there would be a $9.95 charge for shipping that was fine. They charged an additional $. 95 seperatly. Which isnt much but you do that to a lot of people, thats a lot of money. They told me that I would recieve it in 3to5 days. They also told me that they would charge me for the order if I did not cancel within 10 days.
It took 5 days to recieve my sample. On the 13th of Feb I tried my product with absolutly no results. On the 14th I up the dose because the package said 4. Still no affect. On the 15th I canceled my order, the lady told me no problem she would do that. I told her at the time that there was an unautherized charge of $. 95 on my account. She said that she did not know why but a lot of people got that charge on that day. She said that they would put it back.
On the 17th I checked my bank account and noticed that on the 15th they hit my account for $59.95 and that the $. 95 had not been put back. I called them on Monday the 19th and asked them what was going on and told them to put my money back. The lady told me that I canceled my order on the 16th and that was to late, and that there was nothing she could do. But that I could send my order back within 30 days to get a refund.
I wasnt sure what day I had canceled so I looked at my phone and it said the 15th. So I called back and asked to speek to a superviser. I talked to the superviser and told her the situation. She said yes I had called on the 15th but my 10 days were up on the 14th, and that she was the one that took my cancelation. I told her that even if I did order on the 5th that 10 days from the 5th would make my last day the 15th. She responded by saying that the 5th counted as one day no matter what time you called. I told her that there are 24 hrs in a day and that was wrong. I alo asked her why she did not tell me that I was to late when I called to cancel my order. She responded by saying I dont have to do that and that they could not help me. She then hung up.
I called back a couple of days later the girl refused to give me my money back at that time but would give me a discount. She also told me that I should have took a dose of 6. I told that their product was worthles and I wanted all my money back. I asked her several times to speek to her CEO Tim Issac. She refused and said she did not have his number. I asked her several times and still she refused. I noticed a few days later that radio ad said take 0ne, seems they can, t make up their mind how much to take.
