I purchased a 15 day supply of Lipoplex. 2 weeks later my bank account was debited $100. I tried calling the customer service number. I was on hold for an hour and hung up on numerous times. They never called me back and I had to report the debut as fraud with my bank. There is no physical address and no e-mail customer service options. Not to mention the product is crap. I am still fighting to get my money back.
The contract says to cancel in 15 days but the problem is you never get someone on the phone to call back! Dont buy the product!
