Dissatisfied - KitchenAid Electric Range

My husband and i purchased all 4 appliances on november 25. We recieved washer dryer and stove and we were told are fridge would come in on december 10. I phoned on the 9th and it was pushed back to december 18th. I phoned again and was told it was comming in on december 30th. I was very diappointed and accepted it. I phoned again on december 29th and asked to speek to our sales rep. He told me he didnt understand all the codes he was looking at and that he would talk to someone who new about it and would call me back. This call was made in the morning december29th. I waited untill the afternoon and still no phone call so i called again and asked to speek to our sales rep. They said he was busy with another customer at the time so i said i would call back. I called again about a half hour later and asked the same thing and they told me to hold the line so i waited for about 15 to 20 minutes and still noone came to the phone so i hung up. I am so dissapointed right now and i feel like returning all my appliances and taking my bussiness else where. I was treated badly and i feel i wasnt important enough to talk to.
