Rec'd product in January. Took product, wasn't working. So, I sent a letter saying to cancel my subscription in February. Rec'd another bottle of the HoodiaPlex. Didn't hear anything for about a month. Rec'd another bottle in March, and all this time, every time I rec'd another bottle of HoodiaPlex, my bank account was getting billed for the product.
Finally, In Aprill I called the 1-800 number... The person on the other end told me that they were answering the calls for HoodiaPlex and I asked for the Manager. They put my call to another person, I asked the person if they were the Manager, they said NO. I then said again, I would like to talk to the Manager, they put me into a voice mail box. I called the 1-800 number again, I told them that I wanted to talk to a live person about my account NOW, and if they didn't I was going to send my cousin over to their office to take care of this mess (My cousin lives in Las Vegas). They finally sent me to a woman and I told her to cancel my account and I asked her why they didn't cancel my subscription after I sent a letter in, she told me that letters didn't work and I should have called to cancel.By this time, I was upset. She cancelled my account right then. I told her that I was sending the last bottle of product back. She told me not to because they would throw it away when it was rec'd.
This is a fishy business... Beware!!!
