I ordered a "Free Trial Free" Sample of Lipoplex. The statement said it was a Free 15 day sample. They ask for 6.95 to cover postage and handling. I gave them a credit card. At the bottom of the space where the credit card ifo was there sat a red box. I had to check it agreeing to the terms and conditions. When I checked the box I got a Thank You your order is being shipped. NOTE: The box listed no other terms or conditions. I was sure it was there to insure I would honor the credit card charge.
Several weeks ago I received 2 more bottles. I tried to call several times and just got a recorder telling me they would call back. A week after the 4th or 5th call I made to them, a man named Joe or Joel called me and told me I was bound by an agreement I had never heard of to take and pay for the unordered bottles.
I told him I never ordered the bottles and I wanted to return them. He said the contract said I had to notify him within a certain # of days. I told him I never saw or heard of such a contract. We even went through the Web Site and I checked the box again-NO CONTRACT EVER APPEARED. I told him I was reporting him to the Kentucky Atty. General and the call ended. He was trying a shakedown with me. I printed every page an am going to include them with my complaint.
