On June 8th, I went online and ordered a free sample of Lipoplex. I provided my debit card number for the $6.95 shipping/handling charge; it was deducted from my bank account on June 11th.
On June 25th, my debit card was charged an additional $99.95 for two more bottles of Lipoplex that were supposedly shipped to me on June 22nd. I was told by Rose in customer service that these bottles were shipped to me because I failed to opt out of their automatic replenishment program within 14 days of requesting the free sample. There was no mention of this opt-out requirement and no disclaimer about it on the website where I placed my request or enclosed with the sample bottle of Lipoplex that I received.
Today is June 29th and the $99.95 Lipoplex that was supposedly shipped on June 22nd has still not arrived at my house. I have received NO responses to my calls or emails to Kera (supposedly the only person in customer service who can help me). The refund I requested has not been issued. I have not received the products that I did not order, but my account has been charged.
This is theft and trickery. Steel Bridge Medical uses deceptive trade practices. I have no interest in doing business with them anymore for any reason and I want a full refund of the $99.95 they stole from me.
