No product, services or refund

I am writing this for my 90 year old mother. These people keep calling her and bothering her until she finally gave them her bank accoun info and they got her money electronically. I have called and left messages but of corse the do not return my call. My brother talked to them in feb and they told him if she sent the product back she could get a refund. She has not received product or refund. I cannot find ddress or another phone number.
