Ordered this product and received 2nd order in November after stating I no longer wanted the product, was told to send back (at my expense in December) and use a number they gave me on outside of box so it would be credited to my account and I would get refund. Meantime they call once a month or so asking why no longer using product. I have emailed and talked to customer service on this refund and the constant phone calls. Today got another call asking why I no longer use product.
