The product I ordered from Serif was WebPlus 4, I was talked into ordering by salesperson at serif, saying it was better than what I was using and said I could return if not satisfied. The product was not as easy to use and not as good as what I was using so I called and said I wanted to return product. They gave me a return number and did as instructed to send to address in New Hampshire, USA. Serif is located in England. After over a month waiting for refund I emailed Serif, they said they had not received the return and nothing they could do since I did not register the mailing. It's just a way for them not to refund monies saying, it was lost in the mail. I do beleive they use this to not refund.
