Due to the rudeness, unprofessionalism and lack of services in LA Fitness, Irvin, I decided to cancel my memebership with them. My husband brought the memebership on March for my birthday. We both went to the facility to cancel after four months. First, they made us wait for a loooong time and said they could not do anything and they didn't have the cancelation form. They told us that we have to print it out from their website and mailed it in. We did that on the same day. Now, AFTER FOUR MORE MONTHS LATER, my husband is still being charged for the membership.
I tried to call, but no real person. You have to live chat, which I did. [Ana] claimed that they never received the cancelation form and they can't do anything about it. They wanted me to send a certified mail to them.
They are making the cancelation process impossible. I THINK IT IS FRAUD what they are doing.
Go ahead and try to join LA Fitness. GOOD LUCK when you try to cancel it.
