Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

Complaint / review text:
In August of 2006 I went to a local dentist in Charleston because I was having problems with my tooth that I had a root canal done a few years before. After visiting the local doctor, he could not find a root canal done at all.

So then I called by dentist, Dr. Quick's office, to find out when i had a root canal and on what tooth. I found out that a root canal was done on tooth number 4 in July of 2003. At least I was charged for it.

The local dentist believes that he did a pulmporty (something where they began a root canal but don't fully finish and just seal it back up with all the roots inside). At that time in my life I was on Medicaid. So yes he ripped off the government too.

However, a percedure that was suppose to be done three years ago I have to now come out my pocket and pay all over again. I don't know how many people he has ripped off but I want him to be stopped before he gets away with a lot of people money.

I don't know really what to do about this situation and do I have any legal rights. Please could you just let me know what is my options.
