I went to Comfortable Care Dentistry because the idea of having a "sleep" root canal sounded really good to me. I paid the full amount prior to the date of my procedure. I followed all the instructions they gave me and went in for my root canal... I sat in a room for five hours, I had my teeth cleaned, my gums desensitized but no root canal. Nobody even explained why they did not do procedure. This was in July, they still will not refund the money I paid for a root canal. They also never answered my phone, email, text messages for their "on call" service.
