I was initially told there's a processing fee for a prescription, was denied by my doctor, but I am being continually charged the monthly processing fee

I ordered diet pills the 1st of April. The cost was$45.88 plus a $19.95 processing fee. I knew that if my doctor denied it I would still be charged the processing fee.

I never heard from them, so after about 3 weeks I contacted them. Couldn't do it through their website, had to get the phone number. (their website is now defunct, how convenient!) I called and was told that they had sent the request to my doctor and they never received a response from the doctor. They said they would try again. I waited a week and called them back. This time they said it was denied. I called my doctor's office to confirm and it was in fact recevied and denied. If I had not called them I don't think I EVER would have heard back.

OK, I thought that might happen and I knew that I would still get charged a processing fee (figured that was how they made their money.) When I checked my account I noticed another charge on the 1st of May and the 1st of June. I'm sure if I didn't catch this it would have gone on indefinitely. It actually may still, I am just going to get another card.

I am SO angry.
