I seriousley injury my back in 2003 requirening three majior surgeries. The company that I worked for at that time had Gallaher Bassett as there workers comp carrier. It has been a nighmare every sense this all began I have had to fight for ever Doctor appt as well as any medicine. Everytime in the last two years my doctors are anyone calls to get information for payment they say that my file is closed and they are no longer responsible for me even though I have lifetime medical coverage. I am now in serious need of another back surgery I have severe pain, weekness, loss of bladder control and numbness in my bottom and both legs and feet, they did allow a recent M R I that reveal that I have severe Spinal Stinosis due to my initial injury that needs to be correct asap or I could suffer permant nerve damage. Mrs Powers will not give my doctor or me the claim number or address or approval for me to recive the surgery or neccessary treatments that I need. I want to work but if they keep stalling I am afraid I will become permantley disable.
