Minor injury on 11-02-02. Finally placed out of work for injury on 7-15-03. Gallagher-bassett is not complying with my doctor's orders for foot surgery. Everytime i get surgery set up, they find another excuse to stop it. They are taking their sweet time in getting my weekly checks to me also.
Finally had to get an attorney to step in. I don't thing it is going to help much.
Case worker for g-b is cathy banco. She is rude and hateful everytime I talk to her. I now send faxes only.
