I called and talked with some David more than once... I wrote and waited, and contacted again... Then just gave up until I came across this site.
Here is what I last sent to them or the comments I logged... Never got my money back... And had NO product!
If you look at my bank statement portion, you will see it says Robert Jones w/the phone number I used when I talked with a David who said he'd send my money back... But, never did.
Talked to David today... Gave him the bank dates... And tracking number. Told him neither bottle had been opened! He is going to check this out and send me an email in one to two days! With the receipt number!

Hello, I returned these products back in December... Have written numerous times and have not heard back from anyone and I really need my 200 plus back!!! I'm retired and can barely make my heat payments and I see over 200.00 dollars was taken from my money. When I called the number listed, the lady told me it was for this 2 day slim down stuff.
I did ordered 2 trial bottles, one for myself and one for my sister. But, since I was charged over $200... Neither of us want to do the program. Therefore, please put my money back in my account as I sent back your two trial bottles unopened!
I'm very sorry for any inconvenience... But, I guess I've learned my lesson... No one gives anyone anything to try without a catch somewhere. Hopefully in the future, I will be much wiser.
