Ripoff lies malpractice stupid office people!

I was referred to this dental office by another dentist for an "Orthodontist" consulation, Since I have been seen at INLAND EMPIRE DENTAL GROUP I was told I needed to have a "dental check" from the general dentist to make sure I was a good candidate for braces, so I was givin a paper to bring back with me for when I seen the general dentist for him to fill out saying I was "clear or not" for braces, When I seen the general dentist at the SAME office as my Orthodontist, he did the check and said I needed to see the periodontist due to periodontal disease, but I needed 7 crowns and 1 bridge and that they could start that right away (meaning today) told me how much it would cost and said I could have it done in 2 different appts, since it cost so much, so I set up a payment plan threw DIRECT DEBIT (BIG MISTAKE) for INLAND EMPIRE DENTAL GROUP to debit my account every 2 weeks @ $200.00 for 3 payments the last one to be $232.00, They deducted the first payment that same day for $200.00, I then sat in the office for 6 hours getting 3 temporary crowns and fitted for a bridge, then I seen the Orthodontist again in 3 weeks, for my follow up.

The Orthodontist was not very happy that I had been fitted for Crowns & bridges, since I was having braces put on, and I was unaware that I could not have braces with crowns & bridges, so the Orthodontist stopped the procedure dead in it's tracks, and I was told by the Ortho Consultant Stacy, that the payments would be stopped on the Crown & bridge work that was in progress and that she would call the lab and tell them to not make the crowns & bridge, And that she would get with Diane the general dentist consulant to make sure the payments were stopped I seen her write it on my chart with my own eyes.

Now here is where it gets better...
On December 19th I was looking at my bank account online and seen that there was $232.00 takin out of my account from INLAND EMPIRE DENTAL, when I called the office to find out WHY the money was takin out of the account, Diane told me that "I had not spoke to her and our payment arrangement was never different" I told her that it was not my duty to speak to her since Stacy was the one who ordered the payments to stop since I could not have crowns & bridges, and braces too. She said she could not do anything about my money and she was sorry??? So I raised h*l until I was told she would check to see what she could do "since it was Christmas" and she knows I need the money, I informed her that I had my other bills out and with that money gone from my account "NOT KNOWINGLY" that I was looking at Checks bouncing as soon as they hit the bank, she seemed UNCONCERNED for me, I was told she would get with management and would call me back in the next hour or so, that call never came.

I waited until the following day to call her back since I figured she needed time to speak to her bosses about this matter, When I called she acted like she was "glad I called" (was her words) and she told me since the money was takin out of my account by mistake on INLAND EMPIRE DENTALS part that they was putting my money back in the account "as we speak", the following morning I got up to check the bank to see if the money was "pending" it was NOT, I had a dentist appt that same day so when I got there I asked the office manager "Diane" (not the same woman as before) if the money was put back in my account her reply was " I DONE IT MYSELF" I then informed her that when I checked the bank there was nothing pending or posted, she said it usually take a few days to be put back, I was ok with that so I left.

After 1 week 5 days the money has still not been put into my account and with Christmas and New Years I understand that things are behind, but come on... DOES IT REALLY TAKE THIS LONG??? I have now been hit with 6 Non Sufficiant Funds due to this money being takin from my account when INLAND EMPIRE DENTAL GROUP said they put it back, I asked for proof that they put the money back in my account on the 21st like they said they did but of course I was told there was no way they could prove it... NOW They have takin $432.00 from my account on a service that I DID NOT NEED and that I DO NOT HAVE, and I just recieved a BILL from the saying I OWE THEM $200.00???

Now I am dealing with ANOTHER Issue with the same place, I seen the Periodontist and was informed that I need surgery on my gums due to Periodontal disease, ok now, I have 3 temporary crowns on my teeth that I keep having replaced since they fall off every few days, I am without one now. Since I need sugery they can not do anymore work until this surgery is done and healing time is 3 months, so now I have to wear temporary crowns until March or April, which by the way is TOTAL BULLSHIT since I did NOT NEED them to begin with, My question is this, since ALL of the professionals are in THE SAME office WHY did I have work done that I DID NOT NEED??? And WHY am I the one paying the price??? Again for something I DID NOT RECIEVE??? Am I wrong for being PI*ED OFF???
