I called on the 15th of November and cancelled the product as I have seen no results. Was assured the shipments would be cancelled and no more billing.

I was even given a confirmation #.

Today is the 6th of December and I was charged 24.99 for the Ultra PM, they kept their promise and didn't send anymore capsules but they continued to debit my account.
