I placed an order for a "Free 30 Day Trial" to the Ultralife Fitness, Inc., fat burning pills, back on October 3rd or 4th of 2005. The Representative told me ;He was new to the company
I had 30 days to call or e-mail the comapny at [email protected] to cancel, return the rest of the pills, and make sure the next order was not sent out. I e-mailed them on October 25th candelling any future order. This was 11 days before my trial period was up.
I was then charged $70.90, total, for the diet pills, on my next bank statement.
One charge was $46.90 posted 11/7/05 from ULBURN PM,
and the 2nd one was for $24.00, posted 11/16/05, from Ultrafitness, Inc.
I was charged for the 2nd set of pills, which I cancelled, weeks before, and also, didn't even receive.
When I called, I spoke to a representative, and she told me, that if I didn't have a cancellation #, or the man's name, whom I originally spoke with, that I can't get my money back.
She said there was no such thing as e-mailing the cancellation. The man told me to send an e-mail to cancel, and gave it to me, and that's what I did. I never rec'd. A cancellation #, and I didn't remember his name.
I contacted the bank, sent them all my information, and they took the charges off. I wrote Ultralife a letter, and sent them a copy of my cancellation E-mail letter, my letter to the bank, and my letter from the bank.
I contacted Ultralife again, and it was all resolved.
Today, 5/31 - I recived a phone call from a Collection agency, telling me, I had better send back the procuct, or they are going to re-charge me from November on the oreder I never rec'd.
She wouldn't accept my explanation. She said in the file, it says it's unpaid, and product was never returned.
Ultralife Fitness, Inc. Is a complete joke. They give false information on the phone, and then you're told something else by someone else. They all need to get their stories straight, or just stop lying to customers, so they can make money off of you. (or should I say, "steal your money from you?")
So, now, there is nothing I can do. I have no product, and no cancellation #. This is not right.
On top of it all, with the trial I rec'd., I put on weight, while on them.
Do Not Order From This Company! You will Regret it!!
