Ultralife Fitness cancelled TWICE and STILL charged! Ripoff!

Back in August I had ordered the Ultralife PM. I received the shipment and payed for it and everything was fine. I decided that this wasnt great for me personally, so I logged on to their website and cancelled my membership in September. Then I recived another shipment in September and when I called, they said it was because I had cancelled too late for that cycle - OK fine. So I cancelled then - so that I would not be charged for October. Well, October came and I was charged and received another shipment. When I called that time, I was told that cancelling online only cancels the fitness membership and that I needed to call in personally to cancel the pills. So I had them cancelled right then while I was on the phone. OK good. Done. WRONG! Today is November 10 and guess what - 2 charges have been taken from my card - SOOO I called again and was told that the pills were cancelled back in October but that I never cancelled the fitness membership and when I explained that it was done back in September - She told me that it was not cancelled properly. How can it be done wrong when all you have to do is hit the button that says CANCEL MEMBERSHIP?

So they proceed to tell me that I was being charged for October AND now November! They refused to refund money and basically said I paid for what I agreed to, which is fine if I had NOT CANCELLED BACK IN SEPTEMBER!!! Then they ask me for the two confirmation numbers from the cancellations - I had some computer issues and could not retrieve them and because of this I was out of luck. Dont you think that THEY could see that if THEY are the ones who sent it? I spoke to them three times today and got nowhere and then on top of that I spoke to the same lady TWICE and the second time I had specifically asked for a supervisor and she portrayed to be just that. I have never had anyone treat me like I was that stupid and have someone be so AGAINST customer service in my life! And to top it all off of course these charges were not expected by me so now I will be facing SEVERAL charges from my bank because of the funds needed not being there for other commitments - which I might add happened with the charges in OCTOBER also that I just LET go thinking it could have been my own fault! Which I now know to be otherwise-They are very unwilling to make things right and in my research here it seems that I am not the only one who has been RIPPED OFF by them. And as far as the responses from the company - where was he when all this was happening today and their associates were treating ME like I was the idiot? I am hoping to have a full refund as soon as possible - And have already reported them to my bank - A full refund would be the HONEST thing to do.
