After receiving 2 right foot Phase 4 innersoles, I called and requested a left one. I was told that it would ship out right away. The original order was on Dec. 13. It is now exactly 3 months later, 2 calls, and 3 e-mails and still no left innersole. After reading the other reports, I've decided to cancel my debit card so they don't continue to charge me. Where are all the law officials we pay taxes to. This kind of stuff should not happen.
