I used Ultra life fitness trial period. I was told over the phone I could either call or send an email to cancel the trial membership, which wasn't true.
I sent the email to the address that was provided to me. I thought everything was good. Next thing I know I receive another package of the Ultra Life.
I called them on Monday, 28 November to ask them about the supplements and why they had debted my account. The lady on the phone told me, the only way to cancel the trial membership was over the phone. I tried to explain to her that is not what I was told.
On the 28 November the membership was cancelled. The same day a debt of $24.00 came out of my account. I called to ask what it was for. He tells me, it is some program which I was not told about or ordered.
I personally feel something should be done to companies like this one.
