CVSCaremarrk with holding Pain Medication for no reason

For the last 4 years I have been using CVS for my Pharmacy and Caremark for insurance. I take ADD medication and due to a very bad car accident I have to take pain medication. Recently I herniated my L5 and have degenerative disks per MRI 2 weeks ago. Before this happened I had been voluntarily tapering myself off medication as I don't like being dependent on it nor enjoy its effects. My Dr. Had prescribed me 90 10mg ocycontin before. Xmas and the disk slip. Last week I met with a surgeon and with my dr. Decided it best I see a pain management clinic for shots and medicine. During this time I was taking two of the 2 of the 10 mg pills to barly cover the pain. This week he writes me one for 90 20mg until I get appt. Well CVS and Caremark refuse to fill it, even after 2days of calls, by my Dr. They still refuse to pay because the other script has not been 30 days. Now they did say he could write me 270 pills for a 3 month, but no to a 1 month. (Does that make any sense?) So I have been lying in pain as well as treated as a junky by CVS pharmacy employes. This is nothing new. They have repeatedly told me with a loud voice how they can't fill narcotics two days early, or it will be an hour for these schedule 2 narcotics to everyone in the waiting area, CVS pharm techs are the worst trained employees of any company I have ever done business with. They are rude, insulting and accusatory to many including myself. I am an employee of CVS so I don't have a choice where to go but I am embarrassed almost every time I go in there by these techs and disgusted by their behavior.
