I bought two vouchers from Groupon and when I printed them off the expiry date clearly stated in large print 23/10. I bought the voucher in April and was delighted that I had so much time to use it. However, I later discovered in the small print that the real expiry date was 23/08. I phoned Groupon and was informed that I would get a credit for the value of the vouchers (£90). However, the next day they went back on their word and refused to give me a refund. I received a second email telling me that they had not agreed to a refund and that as the voucher had expired I was not entitled to my money back. I still have in my possession two voucher with a clear expiry date of 23/10, I am absolutely disgusted with a company that is willing to trick its customers. Disgraceful, they haven't heard the last of me yet.
