I bought 2 vouchers from them for auto detailing with no EXPIRY DATE ON IT. The vendor pulled a SCAM on them and disappeared on them. I tried to use the voucher after 13 months because it had absolutely no expiry date on it, and says no EXPIRY date. Every single person I spoke to including the managers (Darryl and Sara) and agents were rude and simply stated that we will not give you any credit or refund absolutely at all! I was a customer with team buy for 4 years and they even refuse to give me even a credit for it saying the voucher is old but the fact remains that the voucher had no expiry date on it. STAY AWAY from these people, they are a bunch of scam and really do not care about the customers at all, their attitude is very cold and do not care if customers leave. I happened to see the reviews on them online and I was not surprised, so many negative reviews and un happy customers!!
