A Caremark representative CALLED ME the day before Thanksgiving while I was busy preparing food for the family and took up about an hour of my time making me believe that I was getting a 3 month delivery deal. She took all of my personal information and was so inefficient about it all but made it seem like everything was set and that my overpriced medication would now be much more affordable. Almost three weeks later when my last prescription was out and I needed my refill, I still hadn't received anything in the mail. I called Caremark and inquired and they showed that no order had ever been placed.
Caremark, you are awful, however you train your employees is sickening, harmful to patients who are relying on you, misleading, and frankly, you should be sued.
