This company offers a software to unlock Iphones. However, all they provide is links and instructions to existing unlocking solutions that are offered free all over the internet. I made the mistake of purchasing their product under the assumption that they had a proprietary software that was guaranteed to work when all of the free options did not. When I realized that their offerings did not offer me any workable solution I requested a refund per their posted money back guarantee. This is a portion of my email dialog. As you will read, they have no intention of honoring their aggreement and simply are giving me the run around.

How many FUCKING times to I have to tell you that I tried ALL of the programs? Do you not read? I explained specifically what problems I had. I am done. This email thread will be posted everywhere I see an ad for your product. This is absolutely absurd that you cannot accept that this phone is NOT unlockable (at this time). It is obvious that you have no intention of honoring your guarantee. Can you please simply reply and say as much instead of giving me the run around?

Just reply with the following and I will let this go. “I am a thief and intended to take your money while providing you access to software that is available on the internet for FREE. I do not know anything about how the software works or what phones it works with! I have not kept myself updated on the firmware, baseband or bootloader versions. I have no intention of honoring my 100% guarantee and just use this as a way of stealing from you. I am merely a thief”.

In the mean time, you will be happy to know that this dialog will be ready available to read on multiple message boards and consumer protection sites.

Your solutions only work for phones with earlier versions of firmware and only work with 3.1.3 If it was previously jailbroken or has an older bootloader version. If you are not familiar with the fact that certain iphones cannot be unlocked or jailbroken, perhaps you should not be selling this product.

Here is the message that comes up when attempting to use Sn0wbreeze.
