This company offers a software to unlock Iphones. However, all they provide is links and instructions to existing unlocking solutions that are offered free all over the internet. I made the mistake of purchasing their product under the assumption that they had a proprietary software that was guaranteed to work when all of the free options did not. When I realized that their offerings did not offer me any workable solution I requested a refund per their posted money back guarantee.
My specific iphone's firmware, baseband, and bootloader versions are not compatible with existing unlocking tools. I have clearly stated as much through a series of emails but they just want to give me the run around instead of providing me a refund in compliance with their advertised 100% money back guarantee.
