I've had an xbox 360 console today for 18-month and contains received the bands of death twice. After I ring up customer support they're helpfull and request the system to become set but recently after I rung it wasnot the situation. I'd been stopped from xbox live to get a morning and that I had no idea why and so I chose to band customer support to determine when they might drop some light onto it. She got my facts after which explained someone had reported about anything (probably enjoying a family plus they all place grievances in about me that will be reasonable enough) however she began getting arsey and being very rude and so I got her title and questioned easily might keep in touch with the boss since it was incorrect.in most equity he did consider the phone call however it appears the only real cause he did it was to provide me misuse.in the beginning he was okay however when i questioned him if he'd contact details and so I might protest concerning the bar he began increasing his speech as he explained it. I expected him if he might replicate the email address and so I might examine it he began studying it out weight and sluggish and repeated the characters three or four occasions in a cynical tone. After I questioned him why he was receiving like this he explained to shut-up which he would get me banned for a lifetime. What type of customer service is the fact that. What're microsoft playing at. Im currently looking for out who otherwise it has occurred to and im not likely to quit till someone higher-up having a little bit of comprehension and curtisy may inform me why they permit clients who invest a lot of cash on the website items are permitted to be voiced to such as this but as typical microsoft doesn, t have everywhere you are able to protest but this can not finish anytime soon.
