I purchased a leather halter from StatelineTack.com, when the item arrived it was not as advertised, the item was not the size it was stated to be. There were previous comments to this problem i was not the first. I contacted the company and let them know the problem, I was asking for free return shipping. I basically got... It's my problem, i got what i ordered, previous comments to this problem didn't matter. I paid 12.00 in shipping charges to get absolutely nothing! BAD customer service in online shopping we are at the mercy of the company to sell merchandise as advertised or to at least warn people that the sizing on this item is incorrect, it is in their own reviews!
